配送的預約是否能修正?Can I change the reservation?


我們不受理配送日的變更。如果要變更領取時間,請透過SNS洽詢。You can't change the date of delivery. Please contact the person in charge if you want to change the Receving Time at the Airport.




我預約了卻沒得到回應。Though I submitted a request, an answer doesn't come


22:00~08:00這段期間不會進行對應。Sorry. It is out of service from 22:00 to 8:00.




沒有符合的姓該怎麼辦?When there is not the name to correspond to family name, what should I do?


請輸入飯店的預約姓名。如果是空欄,請填入您在網路上使用的名稱。Please input the name reserving the hotel. In the case of blanks, please put a handle in the blanks.




不能透過電話詢問嗎?Can I ask you a question on the telephone?


我們不提供電話對應。請透過各種SNS洽詢We don't respond by phone.




我預約是用朋友的名字,這樣可以嗎?Though I made a reservation on the name of the friend, is it all right?


飯店可能會不讓您領取行李,請事先聯絡飯店,或由相同的人預約和領取。Sometimes the front desk of the hotel doesn't receive it. Please input the name reserving the hotel.

Delivery

行李可以到多大?How size of luggage can you deliver?


能放進置物櫃即可,86×55×33 (cm)。It is the size that we can put it into locker. 86×55×33 (cm)




行李內放任何東西都可以嗎?Can you deliver even the luggage of what kind of contents?


不能放下述物品。 There is the thing which you must not put in luggage. Delivery prohibited list




擔心行李是否能確實送達。I am afraid my luggage arrives properly.


我們會用SNS聯絡行李的配送狀況。You can get some infomations about your luggage on Social message APP.




配送會花多久的時間?How long does it take time for delivery?


最少會花五個小時。5 hours are shortest on that day.




衝浪板能配送嗎?Can you deliver the surfboard?


CA-GO無法對應超出規定尺寸的物品。 We can't deliver the thing more than the rule size. Note on checked luggage




能在入住前一天配送至飯店嗎?Is the delivery possible at a hotel on a day before the check-in?


可以,前提是飯店要能代為保管。請向您預約的飯店確認。It is possible if the hotel can keep it.Please confirm the front of the hotel.




背包也能配送嗎?Can you deliver a backpack?


可以配送,但運送中可能會有碰撞,所以背包內請不要放易碎或容易變形的物品。Yes,we can. But please don't put breakables and a destroyed thing. Because shocks may increase during transport.




如果寄放在機場的置物櫃,能協助配送嗎?If I put it in the locker of the airport, will you take it?


由顧客負擔費用的話可以,但發生問題恕難負責。We can do it if you pay the price. Even if a trouble occurs, we don't get the responsibility.




我有東西放在行李中想拿出來,還來得及嗎?There is the thing which I want to take out from my luggage, are you still in time?


已完成收件的行李無法這麼做。請嘗試用SNS聯絡接待處負責人。After we pick up your luggage, you can't do it. Please contact the charge of the reception desk in SNS




我找不到密碼,能幫忙確認有無放在行李內嗎?My passport is not found, will you confirm it in my luggege?


十分抱歉。我們無法打開客戶的行李。Sorry. We can not open your luggege.




行李是哪些人負責搬運?What kind of people carry it?


會由Caddy(桿弟)負責搬運。A specialist named CADDY will carry it.




能運送動物嗎?Can I send an animals?


我們不提供這樣的服務。No, you can not.




行李箱以外的東西也能托運嗎?Can I send non luggage item?


只要尺寸和重量在限制範圍內即可。It is possible if within the limits of weight and size.





Compensation

如果我沒收到行李,你們會怎麼做?What if I did not receive my luggage?


如果是可歸責於我方的事由,我們會向顧客聯絡並直接送到您所在的機場。If there is an accident or a problem caused by our failure, it will be a separate flight as an emergency response after contacting you, we will deliver it to the airport where you arrive.




My suitcase is broken.行李箱壞掉了。要怎麼賠償我?


行李損壞或遺失會予以賠償。賠償金額會依行李而異,請和我們洽詢。此外,賠償不適用於原本就有的損傷、不可預見的自然災害、自然產生的磨損及破損、不可抗力等造成的損失或損害。 Damaged or lost items are subject to compensation. Please note that compensation doesn't apply to loss or damage resulting from pre-existing defects, unforeseeable natural disasters,natural wear and tear, force majeure etc. Please contact the person in chage for details.





Cancellation

關於取消預約The cancellation of the reservation


從機場配送至飯店時,顧客過了收件時間還沒出現時,敝公司的工作人員確認飛機的抵達時間,然後用SNS聯絡顧客。如果顧客未回訊,且約定時間過了兩小時後依舊無法取得聯絡時,預約會自動取消。 Airport → Hotel If you don't come after Receving Time at the Airport, we confirm the arrival of the airplane and contact you. When you don't contact me even if two hours pass, the reservation is canceled. Hotel → Airport If you don't prepare for luggage at the front desk of the hotel, we contact you. Even if the payment was over, the reservation is canceled when you don't contact me even after 30 minutes.




想延後預約時間時I may be late at the Receving Time at the Airport.


我們會彈性對應顧客的行程變動,請於事前與我們聯絡。When you are late by traveling troubles, you must contact us before than the time.




天候欠佳等造成航班停駛The flight cancelled due to bad weather.


颱風等事前就知道有可能停駛時,本公司會在前一天進行配送的相關確認。 因為天候惡化或道路狀況有問題等,敝公司判斷無法準時配送行李時,可能會於事前回絕預約。 When the flight may be canceled by typhoons and other causes, we confirm whether we deliver it on the day before. When we cannot deliver it by weather aggravation and a road trouble at the appointed time, we refuse to make reservations.





Receiving

在機場要如何領取?How can I pick up my lugagge at airport?


可從Caddy或置物櫃領取。You can pick up it from Caddy(derivery staff)or Coin-locker at airport.




Standerd Delivery能在幾點收件?What time can I pick up my luggage? ( Standerd Delivery )


可在14:00~20:00之間收取。You can choose the receiving time at Airport during 1PM to 8PM.




Sameday Delivery能在幾點收件?What time can I pick up my luggage? ( Same-day Delivery )


可在15:00~20:00之間收取。You can choose the receiving time at Airport during 3PM to 8PM.




該如何從置物櫃取出?How do I take it out of a locker?


我們會告知置物櫃號碼與密碼。We will send to you the locker number and the PIN code when it arrived.




我搭16:00的班機,幾點能來收我的行李?It is 16:00 departure, what time can I receive my luggage?


可在13:00收取。You can receive it from 13:00.




可以由朋友代領嗎?Is it possible that my friend pick up my luggege at the airport by proxy?


您必須親自取件。You are supposed to come in person.




我沒看到Caddy,他在機場哪裡?I can't find CADDY. Where in the airport are you?


我們有準備地圖。敬請確認。We send you the map. If you don't understand, please contact the person in charge.




我可以先還Wifi再去取件嗎?Is it OK that I go to pick up my luggege after I return the Wi-Fi first?


請保持聯繫,直到成功領取行李為止。Please make sure to contact us until you receive luggeges.




我手機弄丟了。I lost my smart phone.


只要有方法能聯繫我們,就能進行配送相關對應。It is OK if there is a way to contact.

Leaving

幾點會來取件?What time will you pick up my luggage?


中午前。請在08:00前做好準備。We will be there in the morning. Please prepare for the luggage by 8 AM.




我想14:00在機場收到行李,該在幾點前把行李拿出來?I want to receive it at an airport at 14:00. What time should I prepare for luggage by?


請在前一天晚上18:00前完成預約,並於20:00前將行李寄放在飯店櫃臺。Please make a reservation by 18:00. And please leave luggage with the front desk of the hotel by 20:00 until the day before.




飯店說寄放在櫃臺會收取保管費。When I left it with the front desk of the hotel, I was said that it cost money of the temporary custody.


有些飯店會收保管費,這部分要麻煩顧客自行負擔。Some hotels may require it, so please pay at your own expense.




行李來不及打包,可以等我多久?Packing is not enough, how long will you wait?


請在收取時間前準備好行李。如果耽誤到其他顧客的配送時間,我們可能會拒絕收件。You must complete preparations for laggage by time. When a trouble is given at the delivery time of other visitors, the offer may be not accepted.





Payment

該如何付款?How do I pay you?


確認預約後,我們會傳送付款頁面。When we confirm your reservation, we will send the page of payment.




團體使用有優惠嗎?Is there the discount if I use it in a group?


沒有這樣的優惠。It is no service.




我預約了,最晚何時要付款?Though I made a reservation,when should I pay that by?


付款結束才算申請完成。請在前一天的晚上18:00完成付款。Please do by 6PM the day before. When you pay it, the reservation is completed.




付款方式是?How to pay?


信用卡。如果要用現金,可到日本的便利商店付款。By Credit Card. You can pay in cash if you pay at the convenience store.
